Replacing DEF passive tank

Recently I got error code P21A8, which is for faulty sensor in the DEF passive tank. Did some search and found the solution is to replace the whole tank.
But I can't find anyone did it on their own. I'm trying to find OEM part number for this passive tank at RealOEM.com - Online BMW Parts Catalog
but there is no link for DEF related diagrams at all...
Someone please help.

What sensor is that? There is a solution by installing resistors that would create enough resistance to trick computer thinking it is full tank.
Try to research that, it is on this site.
