REPLACING TRIM AROUND WINDOWS
 

Anyone have any experience on replacing that shiny trim around the window. Mine is badly sun damaged and not sure if any oil compounds are really going to do much. Any insight on 1. Restoring 2.Re-painting or 3.Replacing. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks my friends!

Is this the shadowline, chrome or rubber? Either way a good liberal coating of Mothers Carnuba wax does wonders. I would use phase 2 the clean and phase 3 to finish it. I have Shadowline trim on my old 135 and the M235. That process has done wonders with that trim.

@bmrboi2 , apologies for the late reply. The material seems to be a glossy black plastic. I'll check out the mothers wax combo. appreciate the reply brother.
