REAR SIDE WINDOWS RUBBER OUTER RING TURNING INTO GOO!!!

Anyone else have this issue? The small rear side windows have a black seal around them that has basically turned to tar. you can wipe your finger down it and get nothing but black goo on you. Anyone else have this issue?
