welcome...
first give info on what x5 you have, model miles condition and service background if you know it.

You just put a list of parts basically, no tuning :p Tuning of the computer for more power is possible and available on this forum.
Just start reading bunch of posts and you will get an idea of what most others do and dont do for example putting an exhaust system on a diesel x5 is useless.

Tires: they look great but keep in mind they're replicas they may fracture and bend like crazy if your roads are bad.

Brakes: I'd use the brembo rotor and skip the brembo pads, go with bosch or other reputable brands and save some money.

Hood: The stock hood is already very light, putting carbon fiber hood will have no beneficial weight reduction effect, if you like carbon fiber pattern better go get that wrapped in carbon fiber graphics and save yourself $960

Note: as mention by poster above need more info on the car.

A light bar? Where did you plan on installing that? Interesting...

Well.... I guess someone wants to piss away some $$$. ;)

I have a highly modified 96TT, so I am not a 'stock only' guy, but tend to be more of a 'mod with purpose' type.

$1300 for wheels and tires means they are basically garbage. Tires and wheels. Buy BMW wheels, buy good tires. You live where it snows- you gonna drive that crap around this winter? "Lexani or similar"..really???

Brakes? What? Why are you replacing brakes? do you think buying Centric pads and rotors (which Brembo remarkets as Brembo) is an "upgrade" becuase the red Brembo???

Exhaust... that will only fit the M

LED Bar? huh?

Suspension... you are buying a replacement compressor/control for the stock air suspension.... why? it isnt a tune-up nor 'mod'

Hood. Wow. So much wow. Is this supposed to lighten the car to help with lap times?

Just get someone to wrap your hood in a CF film.

I dont want to be dicky, people enjoy modding their babies... Consider that modding a car should be done with an overall 'concept'- what is it that you are trying to achieve. A carbon fiber racing hood on a bloated SUV with cheap knock off rims and garbage tires is not a well-conceived 'package'. Just my opinion. Take a moment and try and decide what it is you are doing, and what spectrum of mods 'fits' into an overall look/concept.

i salute you for wanting to make your X5 look different from all the others, but i'm not sold on the redneck look, unless you put a bumper sticker on the back that says "my other car is a dodge ram"

also: tyres and brakes are the two of the most important parts of your vehicle to keep you safe on the road. do not ever skimp on those. ever. people who buy cheap-ass tyres recklessly endanger not only themselves.

Yeah. Everybody should buy tires that cost $800 a corner or else they're stupid and don't deserve to drive.

Oh, wait...

Oh, wait...

while that may be on the extreme end (of tires), look at just the cost of keeping this thing running. Not sure if anyone cares if someone wants to "rice out" their X5, because this vehicle is in a different leagues in terms of modding.

Aside from a tasteful bodykit and expensive Stage X tuning, X5 owners may not be interested in doing anything else, because just driving a BMW SAV puts them apart of the crowd and satisfies most of the reasons people want to mod their cars.

If you want to be a true "playa" then the best mod is an "M" letter next to an "X5", and that does not mean just the sticker but the real deal, know what I mean!
