Dynamic Parking Lines for CCC?
 

I just picked up a 2007 X5, it has PDC and Nav, but it does not have a backup camera and after searching I have a few questions. I am not willing to spend the money to upgrade to CIC just to get dynamic parking lines.

1.) Does anyone make a kit to retrofit a camera with dynamic parking lines for the CCC units?

2.) If said kit does exist will it look like oem and utilize the PDC or is it a truly aftermarket full screen camera setup only?

3.) If Static lines are my only option, what emulators/integration units work the best for 07-08 X5s?

RFK module for CCC had dynamic lines. Why not retrofit the OE camera

My understanding is that the OE camera is pretty poor quality. I was hoping to find a kit that would allow me to get a better camera. If I am off base about the OE camera please let me know. I have only seen newer versions.

The CCC is pretty poor, a new camera isn't going to fix that. The CIC with the old RFK camera is better.

So it looks like the OE retrofit kit is no longer available. They have the dealer retro kit, but it apparently doesn't have the dynamic lines? I did find the OE version on eBay, but it is $1000, which seems ridiculous for a backup camera especially since it looks like it used to list for $500. Does anyone have part numbers for me to piece together my own OE kit or know of a less expensive retrofit kit that will have the dynamic parking lines?
