Yes it is set-up and working correctly as far as I can tell. I couldn't figure out how to manually enter any values for the injectors, I just went through the reset process and then it said proceed to test plan or something like that. Either way, runs great.... except everything didn't sit right because now I have an exhaust leak and a little fuel from one of the connections. I'm traveling for work so it is more a pain than anything. My mpg is up to about 27.5 for the average now.

The battery just maybe hasn't had a chance to charge all the way. After this trip if I will do some testing with the battery and see how it looks. Driving 15 hours in a couple days should charge it up.

Side note, are the little 6mm white plastic allen nuts above the lights supposed to adjust the height? My low-beams are too high by 5-10 degrees. I don't like blinding people and feel it would be much safer if I lowered them. I tried to adjust them with the plastic allen but they didn't seem to move.

congrats on having that much success. I was wondering about such things as the fuel/injector lines and their tightness tolerances (?) etc, what with the extremely high fuel pressures. Did u follow very specific guidelines, or??

Did not follow specific guidelines. I took it apart again last night and cleaned all the rubber gaskets and adjusted/tightened the fuel line. It's really simple to get intake off. Hardest part is getting a sensor disconnected in the back of it. Hopefully it's all good to go now, I'll know by the time i get home.

Are your ride height sensors working correctly?

How would I know?

Start with a visual inspection.

Looked at them, they look fine. Is there any way to test them to make sure? can I take off the arm and adjust them to try to make them adjust the height? Also, how do I know if my air shocks are filling up? Maybe they are just low. Just throwing it out there, don't know if it is a dumb idea or not. I haven't seen any errors related to that.

If your air springs are pumping up, you should be able to fit your fist between the top of the tire and the fender lip.

The ride height sensors being out of whack could affect that too.

You'd need diagnostic software to check them further.

I have ISTA+ installed. Is there a test in there I can do? Wouldn't there by errors if the sensors were off? From the top of my back tire to the fender lip is 6 inches.
