Cleaning throttle body and egr valve?
 

Is this something that generally should be ok to do since it's easily accessible? I only found one thread where someone did it since they removed the intake manifold.

I think I was just surprised to not really find anything on it. I see threads regarding the intake manifold being cleaned and people saying they have oil and build up in the throttle body. Just curious about it really that's all.
