Help with Central locking system
 

So I washed the car the other day and come to find that the FOB quit working on me. The CA does not work either. both fuses blown. 132 and 28. I go to replace the fuse 132 and it immediately pops. fuse 28 gets replaced and it does not pop until I use the FOB.....then pop. Obviously there is a short somewhere or a bad component. Has anyone experienced the same issue. Also the passenger restraint system failure light has come on as well.
