Need Hidden Menu Help

I have an 2011 X5 Diesel and am trying to access the hidden menu to make sure the thermostat is operating properly.

I get to step 6

but my menu only goes to 9 (not 19) and then back to 0. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

Have you unlocked it using your unique code? (The sun if the last five digits of your vin)?

I can't get to 19 to put in my code. It stops at 09 and then goes back to 00.

press and hold until the special menu comes up.
immediately press the button 19 times to get to the lock screen (cluster will show these numbers)
pause then input your code when prompted via button pushes.
the sreen will reset, immediately press the button 7 times to read your coolant.

this works on my pre LCI '10

It worked! I think I was pressing the button too slowly trying to get to 19. Thanks!
