The x5 I just bought is a 2013 x5 sport with just under 70,000 miles.
When I went to look at it, the check engine light was on and after the dealership scanned it, it turns out it needs an active tank.
I think this is going to work out well for me as the dealership has agreed to discount it the cost to replace, which should more than cover the cost of deletes and tune.

I'm basically going to take the x5 to the and tell them do whatever they think it needs.. swirl flap delete, vacuum line replacement, egr/scr delete, tune and if they feel the DPF is clogged to either cut and gut or swap for a buzzken pipe, however from the research I've done it seems the dpf shouldn't be too clogged with only 70,000miles but if after the shop looks at it they recommend a delete pipe, she shall have it!

Are you still liking your delete(s)? Any complaints or recommendations?

I love everything about it with the deletes. Even the smell. Some people REALLY don’t like the smell.

Picked up my new to me x5 today without incident. I'm very happy with it. I have an appointment tomorrow to have it tuned and deleted.

I've been shopping since August and finally found the right one.

Now I'm shopping for wheels.. Coming up for sale will be a set of 214's 20" with 2 brand new RFTs and two with very little mileage. Rims were also refinished by the dealer.
I also have a brand new drawtite 75600 hitch and BMW trailer hitch module and wiring harness if anyone is interested. PM for details please.

Dealers dont refinish rims. They just send them out for a respray. (or have a truck roll by and do an on the car spray...) Personally I wouldn't touch them.
