Are the front radius arms intact? Have they been inspected for cracks?

Was thinking yesterday I would be inspecting/have inspected everything under the vehicle. Since the cause is unknown, there's a good chance something else is broken or weakened. Would be looking at all the suspension, motor mounts, etc.
