Staggered Offset Help

Looking to put a staggered setup on my 2011 x5.

I know the factory sizing/offset is:
20x10 ET40 Front
20x11 ET37 Rear

Selection with those specs seems very limited (Maybe it's a Canada thing).

I'm looking between 2 almost identical styles of rims.

Braelin BR10
20x9 - ET25 and ET 38
20x10.5 - ET20, ET30 and ET40

Niche Gamma M224
20x9 ET35
20x10.5 ET35

My instinct is telling me to go with:
20x9 ET25
20x10.5 ET30

This will give more inner clearance and extend both front and back by an extra 2mm. Not having a staggered setup right now, I'm not sure if that extra 2mm is going to cause any clearance issues.

Looking for advice from people with experience.

I’ve ran after-market 20x9 and 20x10 offset on my ‘11 X5d for 7 years on Bridgestone Runflats.
They were the Beyern mesh black matte fire forged wheels which did well till a pot hole cracked a rim recently. (Discount Tire)

So I switched back to my silver BMW factory rims.
I have an extra set of Snow RF’s which I’ll probably sell this year (mounted back the repaired Bayern rim set).

I’m debating keeping the X5d but will most likely sell it this Summer/Fall.
Only 40k miles and I have the extended warranty till May 2021.
