My specific interest is to learn why my 2008 X5 3.0L has a noisy radiator (high speed) fan on startup when cold <80F. Vehicle has 100Kmiles, coolant pump, t-stat, and radiator replaced @80K.

Does this forum support searching for specific Text Strings? If so, what is the search syntax?

Google used to support forum text string searches, but I’ve forgotten the syntax, and get the impression even Google no longer supports strings.

Is their a way to have my computer find what must be a dozen or more threads on this problem?

for example. josiahg' site value will only search the e70 subforum. Mine all of xoutpost.


The quotes above must find high then speed, in that order, plus the other two words anywhere. Same as its ever been actually.
