Rear Bumper Plastic Covers Question

Hi guys. Sorry for this question. I'm sure this is very easy for those of you who have done it. I just want to make sure where the clips are and if it's easy to do this...

How do I take off these SQUARE PLASTIC COVERS on the rear bumper? What are they for? Are these covers for certain bolts that secures the rear bumper? TIA guys!

No. I don't know why there are two, but these are covers for the tow hook receptacle.

I would not remove those myself. They do serve a purpose.

Thanks guys! Was able to simply pry them out. Need access to 4 inches northwest of the left hole so I can fix a dent with a screwdriver and a heat gun. Thanks again cheers!
