E70 DELETE SCR NO START

Bought an E70 diesel currently in an SCR no start. It Needs NOx sensors. (not going to do it) just need to know if any one has had success getting a DDE flash/EGR, SCR, DPF delete software. And was the vehicle able to start again?

Yes, people have successfully done deletes.

Going to a delete from an SCR lock out? Not so sure.
