is it possible to get only the rubber grommets?

so my grommets are squeezing out the side of the nut when hand tightening is it possible to get replacement grommets?

Yep, been there before myself. Had to purchase a whole item just to get a small repair part. At least your part is cheap in the scheme of things.
I wonder if a friendly parts counter person could help you out. Even some of the local autoparts stores might have something similar from another make.
