2013 35xi e70 rear hatch
 

So I filled up the back of the X up with groceries. I went to close the back latch per the button. It keeps making a click noise. I rearrange the bags, press button, rinse repeat. Its 20 degrees outside. So I slowly push the hatch down till it latches.
Now it won't close. At all.
How do you reset it?
