E70 3.0d without DPF from factory???
 

Hi all.

My E70 has the Particle Filter warning. After reading the codes it shows a bad temperature sensor after the particle filter.

I bought the sensor and now that I want to replace it, apparently, the vehicle doesn't have one.

I can actually only find the oxygen sensor. No temperature sensor before particle filter, no temperature sensor after particle filter, and also no pressure sensor.

Searching the forum all those sensors connect close to the air filter and the only plug I find there is for the oxygen sensor.

Can it be the case the vehicle comes from the factory without DPF?

The car has the original exhaust so no DPF delete was performed by the previous owner.

The car was bought new in South Africa, manufactured in 31.07.2008, and has the M57N2 (3000CC / 173kW) engine.

Mechanics here in Mozambique don't know much about these cars and I can't take the car to South Africa now as all borders are closed due to COVID-19.

I don't think there is a version without DPF. So it doesn't have these sensors in the diagram? (By the way there is no temp sensor after DPF.)

Correct, only the sensor number 1 in the image (oxygen sensor).
