How to open wiring harness holder?

Can someone tel me how to open this up? I want to move the wire harnesses up and away for my valve cover job.

Also how do you undo these o2 connections?

Ok solved the o2 plug . Just needed to stick a flat head screw driver in and lift up the tab so I could pull out the plug
