Strange problem with my 2011 E70

I'm hoping somebody has an answer here. I have no CEL but "Engine Malfunction! Reduced Power" on info screen.
When I read ecm I only get some text in German. See attached image. Any ideas? Car drive fine once warmed up. But at cold start it idle surged past 1.5k rpm for about a minute.

From doing a quick google - code 3012 is "exhaust camshaft installation faulty" which appears to be a VANOS related code. Assuming you've got the 3.0L petrol N55 (or N52) engine?

"Elektrische Unterdruckpumpe Bremskraftver" translates as "electric vacuum pump brake server". E90/92/93 M3's have electric vacuum pumps. Did you select the correct vehicle before scanning?
