Where can you buy the Solenoid Valve wire clip?
Helping neighbor and he tried prying the clip out instead of pressing it down to disconnect the connector and lost the wire clip.
https://us.autologic.com/uploads/med...090a.jpg?v=1-0 I ordered this part number from the dealer and even though it connects to the Solenoid Valve the clip wire is different https://www.fcpeuro.com/public/asset...3i.?1560535222 thanks |
Just spoke to the dealer and this is a new part old # 83300493277 and is not avaib. I am assuming this is the one that has the ticker release wire on it.
Now how to figure out how to remove the two wire ends and change the peices out |
The pins have a barb which holds them in place. You need a thin metal prodder inserted from the front, just above/below the pin, to push it down. Try a paper clip, but it may be too thick....

Ill update how it goes |
You can buy a "de-pinning" kit on Amazon fairly inexpensively. Handy to have on hand once or twice a year.

Well got lucky CAMP BMW mechanic was able to find some of the clips. Must easier!
