While I cant 100% guarantee confirm there wont be problems, I can 99% say that it should work absolutely fine. Its E70 to E70 after all. I would imagine no issues with offset, hubs, etc. The tire size you are using is also the same setup as on the 4.6/4.8is from the factory; in other words, the rolling diameters are matched for AWD.
Despite staggered tires being different sizes the idea is that both front and rear diameter of said tires, remains equal (or as close as possible to being so). The xDrive transfer case is even designed to adjust its internal clutch slip for minor variations. To clarify: tire diameter does not matter. It just must be the same diameter front and rear, and fit inside your wheel wells, preferably without scrubbing. 275 40 20 and 315 35 20 are both approximately 729mm in diameter (equal).
There are always many different tire/rim options. Running something that was built for your chassis from the factory, typically is not a scenario where one should be too concerned with fitment. You should have zero problems running your intended setup, IMO.
