How To Bench Test A Gauge Cluster?
Do any specific bench testing cables exist? Also does anyone know how to code a replacement gauge cluster (Junk yard cluster) to work with your car? I know it can be done its just a matter of having the right software and knowing how to use it.

This is the bus in the older E53 series as supplied by Quicksilver. It should give you an idea of the complexity of what sounds like a simple task. I know there are cluster repair facilities out there and I'm sure they must have invested a chunk of change to purchase/build some sort of bus emulator.
