Best car cover for the e70?

So I'm looking for a car cover for my e70. She will be going into storage when winter comes along. My e70 is a California car with an impecable undercarriage. :wow: Everything looks new under there and I want to keep her like that. With that being said I've taken a look at the oem cover but $250+ seems like a lot just for a cover. Unless it is superior and offers something that other covers don't, I can't see myself paying that price. So anybody got any suggestions? If you got a cover, which one did you buy and whats your experience with it? TIA.

I’m not a fan of covers….they can, paradoxically, do more damage.

Dirt and grit can get into the cover, then wing scrubs it against the paint. There are other scenarios…

Where will you be storing it, inside or out? What are the environmental conditions there ??

Will be stored inside my garage. Its heated but is gets very dusty in there. Going to do some paint correction, polish and wax in a few weeks. Don't want it accumulating dust while shes sitting.

Any noah cover (the OE one is noah and made by Covercraft) should be good indoors. I use mine indoor and out, and have read of others using the OE cover year round out doors.

Car covers can get ridiculous so the OE one @ $250 isn't that bad. I have one for most of my Bimmers. Sometimes you get lucky and fine them on CL, FB, or Ebay lightly used for a song.

If thats the case, I would use a super lightweight cover- Im envisioning a parachute cloth like material. Easy to remove and not drag on the ground, easy to wash and dry.
