Music hard drive

The music hard drive has stopped working on my 2012 X5d, it just says music loading. The radio, CD player, USB all work fine. Anyone any ideas, is there a way to reboot it? I can't find information on this.

109K and she's still going well otherwise.

Probably requires replacement. Most install a larger SSD in its place. I know of no reboot or reinitialization process but there might be something in the owner manual or supplement.
