Where to Buy M Steering Wheel Switch Covers?

Can't seem to find the part number for the left and right steering wheel switch covers for an M steering wheel.

RealOEM:

The black coating is peeling off, looking for a part number to replace them.

Thanks!

77 views and no one has replaced peeling trim yet?!

The switch units have integral bezels. If that's what you're asking for then it's no wonder why there's been no responses. You can buy aftermarket switch covers and bezel covers but there's no BMW part number because they're not separate parts.

Thanks. There doesn't appear to be a part number for the switches though. See the real oem link I posted.

Ditto josiahg52 (you didn’t acknowledge you saw his post…so in case you’re still searching)…see #1 in the diagram: (found in VEHICLE ELECTRICAL)

Thanks guys. $270 is a bit much to get that peely coating issue resolved. I was expecting the covers to be available separately for more like $70. Might have to try a vinyl wrap?

The correct wrap properly prepared and installed might just work. You have to remove all.of the existing coating first, I'd bet, to get the best look. I also think I saw some type of overlays with various patterns on eBay or something. I mentioned those above.
