I wonder has anyone ever fitted a kit like this to an e70 n52?

Our solution was trading in for 50i. That worked very well!

Look up Hoppy's turbo kit for e53. The brand he used I don't think is available. What piqued my interest is the 48v "Electric turbo" kits.

That’s interesting, Hoppy has a turbo kit. And, Happy has a supercharger kit. ;)

Mine is for M54. N52 I would turbo, no doubt.

Haha yes that would do the trick. I wonder how reliable a 50i is after the customer care package (read: engine out total rebuild on BMW's dime).
