How do I know if I have the auxiliary water pump
 

So I am trying to figure out if I have the auxiliary water pump on my 09 4.8. Did all of the cold weather packages have it? Its pretty darn hard to see down there with any confidence that its there. Real oem is a bit non-committal as well.

I use my foxwell to activate the pump. It's how I know.

I have a Foxwell scanner as well, how do you use it to activate the pump?

You have to find in the sub menu dig down through the body modules till you find the AC module and then you look for active tests whatever it’s called. There’s a test to activate the auxiliar water pump

Oddly, S536a is the option code for "Auxiliary Heating"


But realoem says this is for cars WITHOUT that option... Your VIN should pull up options...
