Radiator for 2009 X5 30i

Well just replaced a radiator hose a few months ago and now the radiator itself is leaking. Real OEM says I need 17117585036 after putting in my VIN. Sound right?
My indy is at $1,400 using a local dealer part. I don't want to stray to ebay or amazon but will try ECS, Pelican, etc. to see if I can get a better price.
I am hesitant to try any stop leak products, they may gum up the (Bavarian) works.

I would have zero problem using a quality aftermarket radiator from a known manufacturer like Behr, Valeo, Mahle, Nissen etc. (I used Valeo which was the OE manufacturer when it was leaking on our Mercedes).

The Rock has them between $200-$300 which typically includes a cool fridge magnet also.

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately I'm going to be out of town next week and my daughter needs the car, so have decided to have an indy radiator shop do it. Too bad, it does not look like too bad a job.
