Increased emissions
 

Hi all I have the engine symbol on in the dash and in the service notices it says increased emissions get it checked by bmw as soon as possible.
My car is 2008 3.0D is it something to worry about as the car is driving with no adnormal issues. The car will be serviced in a weeks time if the brother in law can fit me in
Any advice would be appreciated

You need to read the codes with a BMW code reader...could be 100 different things that set that light


Unless there are red warning lights, it is OK to drive.
