CD player does not work

CD player does not work and have lost all of my Music Collection. Help, can CD be reset? Can I retrieve lost Music Collection?

I've resorted to Bluetooth resulting in streaming...i don't know how much CDs are these days but you can most likely stream for 3mosfor the price of a CD.
And you can play your favorites on demand!
I was disappointed too...[emoji17]
