BlueDriver - Commanded Throttle Actuator Stays at 100% and a few issue please help
 

I was having a bunch of error code but managed to fixed majority of them. So far I just replaced the top EGR Cooler a few days ago, 2 termostats, redo all the vacuum line.


So I ran the Bluedriver live mode
Commanded Throttle Actuation = 100% Is this because my Throttle Body is bad?

Commanded EGR %, EGR A Duty Cycle/Position/, EGR B Duty Cycle/Position, EGR A Error, EGR B Error, all showing 0%.
Does that anyone know is this is normal?

Right now I'm not sure what to do other than replacing Throttle Body and fix the passive tank with the 10k ohm, is there any recommendation on how to clear the remaining code?

Can somebody please provide me some sort of help please? I can't figure out what else to do to clear Code 004C87 and P14D0

Usually you can change just the TPS. The error would also indicates a disconnected wire

Thank you. Let me try that first if not I'll get a new Throttle Body.

Do you know anything about the Commanded EGR %, EGR A Duty Cycle/Position/, EGR B Duty Cycle/Position, EGR A Error, EGR B Error, all showing 0%? Or maybe this is normal?

Those prob just change while running. I'm not familiar with them never worked on diesel.

Assuming you have a diesel, the TB stays open a majority of the time. It only shuts briefly during engine shutdown to eliminate shudder and then reopens, will shut in a runaway diesel engine scenario in an attempt to shut the engine down, and will vary in position during DPF regeneration in order to trim the air entering the engine when the regeneration process is adding extra fuel post compression-ignition in order to maintain RPM and power output at the level the operator commands.

Again assuming you have a diesel, EGR valve position varies during engine operation.

I believe this is a source of noise 'after the engine is turned off'...the throttle body re-opening in the few seconds after shut off

Never worked on diesel but the Valvetronic I understand regulates throttle using the valve lift other than starting/warming. I didn't deep dive into it so I'm still more curious than deep knowledge about it.
