Release barbed nipple
 

Ciao, I am stymied by a simple part in the wind shield nozzle assembly.

How does one remove the hose from the barbed nipple?

I suspect the black metal band must be "safely" moved aside and would welcome some recommendation on do this with breaking anything.

Anyone here with 1st hand knowledge?
