What do people think of the highlights in the picture below - looks a bit sloppy to me. Won't stop me buying though.
I think other images show a better angle of different surfaces intersecting...

Interesting 'one touch' park button on the gear lever

Seats look comfy too!

And finally....... does this driver get to figure in all the X5 spy? / official photos?

Wow - it even comes with a rub strip on the door. I thought that was a thing of the past. Okay, I'm sold. An E70 is in my future.

Anybody notice where the glove compartment would normally be? It doesn't seem to be there... but if you look at the passenger side center vent there is a button, and the passenger wood panel looks like it isn't completely attached (like it would swing up... or something) so is that where the glove compartment is now located? It is a cool idea i think, and it looks like it would have at least as much space in there as the old location. What do you guys think?

You talking about the button in between the vents below the Nav screen? Those are hazard lights and door lock/unlock buttons, moved from the center console of the E53 to in between the vents on the E70.

Were you talking about something else?

mocmylov 08-08-2006 12:31 PM

no i was talking about the button directly below the right side central air vent located on the metallic trim... just above the right passenger temp control
