Is it faster than the 2006 4.8?

I think the article said 0-60 was 6.4 which is hair slower that the '06 4.8 I believe. The new X5 is "fatter" too, 2 inches tall, 2.4 inches wider, and 7 (?) inches longer. All the numbers are in the article.
