Discount on the new E70?
 

Has anyone had any luck bringing down the price of the new E70 from their dealer? How much is a fair discount?

I have seen people saying they are getting $1500-2500 off of sticker. Don't know if that is true but seems reasonable based on my prior purchases.

Also, to anybody else out there, what happens when a dealer employee makes a mistake on the order form? The person who filled out my order form seemed to forget the "si" part on 3.0 (I don't wanna diesel!) and, instead of "Dark Burl Walnut" they put "Dark Wood". There are two dark woods. I don't want dark bamboo wood. :confused: I'm going to call them, but do they need to put in a new form and go to the end of the line?

If the dealer makes a mistake then they are responsible, even if that means ordering a new car. You will not get a diesel as they are allowed to sell those in US yet;) . The dealer should be able to change your order anytime before it goes into production.

I got $1,000 off sticker by offering a fleet price I had received thru my company. The dealer started out by saying they were selling for the sticker price. As it seemed a pretty fast acceptance, I wonder how low I could have gone?

My Dealer offer me $1500 off sticker, but I want to wait a month or 2
