MP3/WMA/AAC Data Discs
 

I have been experimenting with different combinations of CD's for the new X5. I encountered something interesting today, and was wondering if anyone else has seen this.
If I burn a striaght MP3 only disc (either with iTunes or Nero) it will play and display ID tags from either the single disc or 6 disc changer.
If, however, I burn a mixed disc (some mp3, wma, or aac) it will play correctly and display tags in the 6 disc changer, but NOT the single disc. When it loads into the single disc, a CD with 236 songs displays like this:
column 1 = song #1 through 105
Then, a second column appears to the right of column 1 and continues the song count, ie. track 106 thru 236.
In other words, it doubles up the tracks after 105 back to the beginning (track 1 and track 106 are in the same position in the list)
There is no way to select the second track.

Again, the disc works fine with a single list of 236 tracks from the changer.

Just another item for software updates. I hoping that there will be an update soon to fix some of the "bugs" that I am seeing.
