I just noticed on the Optional Equipment Spec sheet that in Canada, 3rd row seats INCLUDES SELF LEVELLING REAR AIR SUSPENSION...!!

I never knew that...!...Understandible if you have 7 passengers riding, but I wonder from those that have this option if it is noticeable visibly or from the ride itself??

I am very close to an order and will be going tomorrow for final negotiations...will keep you posted

If you order the 3rd row seat self leveling is included even on the 3.0. That is what is says in the reference documents.

From Reference documents:

"Dampers/Suspension
In the E70, the range of spring/damper units extends from steel springs with conventional dampers through to the new vertical dynamic control (VDC) that, in addition to the electronically controlled dampers, also allows a combination of a 1-axis air spring on the rear axle. This 1-axis air spring is compulsory on vehicles with 8-cylinder engines and/or a
third row of seats."

Which "reference documents" did you find this at? It's VERY important to me that I have the self leveling suspension with the V8. But we are NOT ORDERING the 3rd row seats! Thanks in advance!

I believe you get the self leveling suspension with the sports package (with or without the 3rd row seating.) Perhaps someone can confirm.

yes .. i have a e70 4.8 sports package and it was standard

I have an 07 E70 with 3rd row and it does come standard with self levelling suspension. When I placed the order back in 2007, the Sport Package does not include SLS on the 3.0. if you don't get the 3rd row. This is in the U.S.

All 4.8i come with SLS standard.
