Here is a pretty easy one for you.

If I don't buy the 3rd row of seats in the E70 does the second row still fold down to give more cargo space?

awwww.....maybe in a later production year, like the E53

all of the second row infor is true. Plus you get a spare tire along with the run-flats

Are you sure about this? I think they do. If you look where the hand lever would have been for the third row, there is a plastic latch thing set in on the top of the seat. On third row models, this reclines the seat. So if the second row models still have this, why wouldn't it recline?
(I know it doesn't electricly, tho)
