Does the E70 have TV function??? because i didn't see it in the brochure.

Not in the US at least. The Europeans have had it available on most if not all their models for years. Heck, even "Online function" or something is avail there.

Yes for Europe ( Analog and digital TV ).
Keep inmind that you cannot watch TV when you re driving .
