I don't know the english name of that part but I ordered by X5 3.0d yesterday and this part will come in Black.

First can you tell me how to call that part ?
Second , Has anybody changed it to the 8 Cyl version ? (It really looks better with on a SPACE GRAY X5).

On the E53, it was possible, look here :

I'm hoping to swap the front grille too. My dealer is unable to source a part number as yet and suggests it should be OK nearer the April launch date.
