Windshield wipers
 

For anyone who also has/had the E53, are the windshield wipers the same? (standard BMW style) or did they finally change them to something else (like Valeo's or Bosch Icons)?

Come on. No one knows????

Can't tell if you're asking for the E53 or E70...regardless, you should get Bosch Icons for your X5 because they beat the piss out of the OEM set.

The windshield wipers on my E70 are different than the ones on my 2004 E53 were. The new ones are very smilar to those on our E90.

Do they have a manufacture stamp or anything on them? If not, do they look like Bosch Icons or maybe the Valeo's?

front ones fit all models.
rear ones fit 2002 and up, unless you have a metal rear wiper :thumbup:

If you have any chance of snow or ice don't buy the icons. They look good but are to flimsy for anything other than rain.
