E70 Problems - Anyone else experience this?

I have my 4.8 about 2 1/2 months, 3k Miles, and i have some minor problems, does anyone else have these issues?

1. Door seals rub creating a creaking Noise when the vehicle stresses/flexes on acceleration - yes the doors are closed. We had the same problem on our 2005 545 and they never were able to correct the problem.

2. iDrive Screen brightness periodically defaults back to dark setting.

3. Cant seem to download address book with a Nextel Phone.

4. Periodically get a low battery warning.

5. iDrive screen is slow to respond to inputs, especially going into camera in reverse. I also noticed that when i start the vehicle and put it into drive quickly, the screen locks up in the main window.

Besides these small problems above, my X5 has been a pleasure.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

We have had ours for less than a week but I have noticed this delay at times. Sometimes you have to select something a few times before it actually registers. It doesn't happen too often and when it does, I just try to remember that it's a *computer* and it's going to have little blips like that. Apple explains the iPods freezing up every so often this way. :)

#5 could be better. My X is having the same problem.

Same with mine on the reverse camera. By the time the "Warning" screen goes off, I'm usually out of the garage and down the driveway. Should be a way of permanently turning off this warning.

i have 3 problems.
1. screen goes back to default brightness
2. i drive is slow if i just turn on the car. but if its after driving a while the camera/idrive i fine
3.. my brakes makes noise when breaking at low speed

idrive needs sometime to boot up just like every other computer, but i agree with everyone here that sometimes it is very slow. its also slow sometimes when I want to switch to a different audio mode (AM/FM/SAT/iPod)

I have the same break problem as Jcreed. A few days ago all my settings were erased. My mpg, etc.... all set to 0..

I agree that the warning and the length of time the camera is on are annoying.
I got the battery warning last Friday, but then went away in 2 miles.
