Looking at these E70 pics kinda confuses me..is the fender(s)-bumper one piece? I know the fenders are some composite material and there is no visible seam between the three parts...

Yes they are. In fact, I read an article recently which desribed that these units are delivered to the factory already assembled including paint, headlight units and front screen washer bottles!!!
