End of Month Ordering

Is there any financial benefit to ordering a car at the end of the month vs any other time?

Typically end of the week is good and end of the month is best... however if you're dealing with the fleet people, they just sell the machines at x dollars of invoice every day of the month just to push metal (they get bonus depending on how many they sell, not a percent of the profit). But my manager friend at a local Mercedes dealer said if you're dealing with the salesman, go at the end of the month, preferably on a weekend.

I agree, though with the X5 right now, I doubt it makes a difference, too much demand.

They have goals to meet at the end each week as well as each month (and year for that matter).

I would think the best times are the end of a quarter and the end of a year.
