Wireless Headphones
 
Did not come with my rear entertainment package. My salesman informed me that BMW is now mailing them to the car owners now due to theft. Anyone else confirm this. It has been 2 weeks and still haven't gotten them.

Good to hear that they are going to be provided. I am not in a big rush since I kept mine from my E53 and they work fine. It would be nice to have new ones as mine are over 3 years old.

I was empathetic in the beginning...but the list of parts that BMW doesn't have is getting a bit long..

i still did not recive the carpet floormats for my car, they said it's on backorder...it's been 3 months

I picked my X5 up last Saturday, the headphones arrived at the dealer on thursday.

My sales person took the headphone out from the parts department. For some reason it wasn't in the car during delivery.

Here in Canada my dealer said that the headphones are NOT included with the DVD system when I asked. Can anyone here in Canada confirm whether they got headphones or will be recieving headphones from BMW.

I got a pair of headphones when I picked up the vehicle. The sales rep did, however, make a big deal about them by saying that she was paying for them out of her own pocket and they weren't included with the car.

I ended up calling BMW customer care number. The cs rep that I talked to informed me that this was a dealer issue. He put me on hold and contacted the GM from my dealership.

GM informed him that my sales rep was new and didn't understand. End of story was that I was sent two pairs of headphones immediately from dealership parts dept.

Nice to know that the Cust. service is looking out for me.
