PUMA on my car

Took my car in for software update and a few other issues, apprently they opened a PUMA case on my car(SA dun no what is it for yet)...they have my car for 2 days already. let's see how long until everything get fixed.

Got a 530xi as a loaner.

Loaner sounds pretty cool... Didn't understand much of the first part though - what's a PUMA?

i am not sure wut PUMA really stand for. But it basiclly means that there is a problem that the dealer don't know how to fix and had requested assistance from BMW
