do they have % of 07 X5 being stolen,has anyone heard of a 06 or 07 being stolen?

Who is "they" and since the 06 is a different model then the 07 I'm not sure what information you're looking for. 07 stats wouldn't even be out yet.

i cant remember that agency name,but they do all the statistics from recall rate to theft,accident,etc...

The stat is exactly 0% are stolen, nada, not a single one. Anyway you look at it, you're going to pay a hefty fee for the privilege of driving a BMW!!!
