Phone Info Missing in Bluetooth

After leaving my car in the garage for a few days without driving my phone was no longer recognized in Bluetooth. The number was gone??? The dealer has no clue. Anyone have this issue? Thanks.:confused:

Start bluetooth in your phone then start the pairing process over. It will recover
