I have used small claims court successfully before. From my experience if your present your case w/ plenty of evidence the Judge will treat you favorably. Get estimates and take plenty of photos along with detailed documentation of every discussion w/ the dealer. The more evidence you have the better the chances you will succeed. In most cases once the dealer is served, he will offer an immediate settlement.
